There is already some experience in Bangladesh with creating centres and hubs, although primarily in urban areas. Currently there is a lack of spaces where job market information, skills trainings, and mentoring is available for youngsters living on the countryside. Especially for women, due to restrictions such as mobility and cultural norms, there is a need to provide similar spaces of development for young women in remote areas.
