Social protection of women working in the cleaning sector in Morocco

Match making

It is important to select the right people who can form a strong local change group that takes ownership. For the first time the selected best practices also became part of the group, who we combined with gender experts, a cleaning worker, a journalist and Oxfam staff. This makes it a unique group of people across sectors and with different backgrounds, ages and visions, that never met before, but have a common drive for change.

Compared to the age difference that I have with the other participants, being young, I did not feel the negative agism which is very common in other spaces.
